- Domino ventilation failure;
Firstly, judge whether the fan is running. When judging whether the compressor is malfunctioning, consider other Domino switching power supplies or Domino motherboard problems.
- Domino high voltage failure;
The reason is that there is ink on the domino high-pressure nozzle plate, which needs to be cleaned; it may be due to the poor position of the ink line and offset, the ink line needs to be adjusted and the nozzle cleaned.
If the motherboard has no ink and has not reported the high-voltage failure, the high-voltage board needs to be removed and cleaned. If the failure is normal, you can unplug the blue line of the high-voltage detection.
- The upper half of the printed content is missing characters;
If the upper part of the missing characters is far away from the recovery tube, the possible cause is that the ink circuit pressure is too low, and the ink circuit pressure needs to be increased.
- The domino charging slot has ink;
(1) There is ink on the domino charging tank. The reason is that the ink line is ejected from the nozzle into the part of the charging tank, and it is properly centered. If it is not centered, adjust the position of the ink line or the position of the charging tank. If the ink line is normally available, clean the charging tank and blow it. Dry, which itself means that the printer is turned off and cleaned, and then turned on again;
(2) If it is found that the Domino charging tank is out of ink, and the above faults may be that the charging tank is dirty and needs to be cleaned, or the grounding is not good, or the ink tank is replaced.
- Charging ink dot detection failure;
(1) The viscosity is abnormal, generally the normal viscosity is about 120;
(2) The domino charging tank is dirty or there is residual ink, you need to stop the ink line and clean the charging tank;
(3) The ink line split is not good, and the ink circuit pressure and modulation voltage need to be adjusted. For Domino 60 micron nozzles, the ink circuit pressure is generally set between 2600-3400; the injection pressure setting is 3000; the modulation voltage setting is 50-190 Between, the general setting is 50-90, which can be judged by the dividing point time, usually the pressure is about 3000, and its direction is to observe whether the ink line dividing point is under the magnifying glass and whether there are 3-4 ink dots below it. The ink dots can be gradually connected together;
(4) Modulation voltage change: wrench key-wrench key-adjustment-modulation;
(5) Change of ink circuit pressure: wrench key-wrench key-adjustment-pressure.
- Forced to use the last modulation voltage;
The reason may be that the ink line does not split when the high voltage is turned on, and it can be judged by observing with a magnifying glass; if this happens, the crystal rod must be replaced, if there is a slight vibration, the crystal rod must be adjusted. If there are many ink dots connected together, the ink needs to be adjusted. Road pressure.
- Domino’s coding shows that the printing is normal, but there is no printing content;
(1) The printing delay may be adjusted too large, and the printing delay needs to be adjusted correctly;
(2) In the case of printing, use a screwdriver to touch the lower high-voltage board. If there is no electric spark, you need to check the high-voltage package, volume board, etc.;
(3) Use continuous printing to test whether it can be printed. If it can, it means that there may be a problem with the electric eye, and the detection is not sensitive and needs to be replaced.
- Domino viscosity failure
If the current value of BFT is greater than the set value, it means that the viscosity of the domino ink is partial, and a solvent needs to be added; if it is not automatically added, the solvent solenoid valve may malfunction, which will affect the printing effect. The current value of BFT is less than the set value, indicating that the ink is scarce. It is recommended that customers do not switch the machine to replace, which will cause the ink to be light in the cleaning circuit and affect the printing effect.
- The lower part of the printed content is missing characters;
If the lower part of the missing characters is close to the recycling pipe, the ink line entering the recycling pipe may be in the wrong position; if it is too centered, the ink line may not be shifted outside. You need to adjust the ink line to the left of the recycling pipe, and there may be ink pressure Too big, need to lower the ink circuit pressure. If the high-profile character is too low, you need to increase the high-profile character.
- The pump speed of Domino is too high;
If the domino pump speed is too high, the pump gear may be severely worn, or the domino filter may be blocked or the domino pressure sensor may be damaged.
- Failure of Domino recovery pipe;
(1) If it is found that no bubbles are coming out, and there is a failure of the recovery tube, the recovery tube fault detection circuit needs to be considered. The detection may be insensitive, the grounding is not good, and the circuit is open;
(2) When the ink line is ejected from the nozzle, it does not enter the recovery pipe and shoots out of the recovery pipe. Generally, the recovery pipe failure will be reported 2-3 seconds after the machine is turned on. At this time, the ink line should be adjusted to enter the recovery pipe and hear the sound of recovery. ；
(3) It was found that the domino ink line had been injected into the recovery pipe, but the recovery pipe was reported to be faulty, and bubbles were also found to emerge, and the recovery pipe might be blocked, and the recovery pipe needs to be cleaned.
- Insert the nozzle of Domino inkjet printer;
(1) Cleaning the nozzle and guide rail;
(2) If it is still condensing, remove the nozzle of the Domino printer and clean it with ultrasonic;
(3) If it still does not work, continue to wash the pipes, especially the flushing pipe and the ink supply pipe;
(4) If it doesn’t work, you need to replace a domino nozzle to try.
- Watchdog failure;
If there is a watchdog failure, there may be a short circuit in some circuits, which needs to be eliminated one by one, and finally consider the Domino switching power supply and the Domino motherboard.
- Domino ink circuit pressure is abnormal;
The reason is that the venturi tube is blocked, or the local ink path is partially blocked.
- The domino recovery tube hangs ink;
(1) Whether the ink dot split is normal;
(2) Whether the ink line position is correct;
(3) Is the Domino inkjet printer grounded?
(4) Whether there is any problem with the quality of Domino ink;
16, Domino viscometer failure;
When the viscosity agent of the domino inkjet printer fails, the total BFT value cannot be displayed, and the ink becomes more and more soluble, and the ink of the domino inkjet printer is used quickly. The reasons:
(1) The domino viscometer may be faulty and needs to be replaced;
(2) The viscometer and the ink interface board may be in poor contact and need to be reinserted;
(3) The solenoid valve of the viscometer may be faulty and needs to be replaced.
- The vacuum pressure of the Domino printer is abnormal;
It may be that the venturi tube is damaged; the pressure sensor of the domino printer is damaged; or the recovery part is leaking, which needs to be inspected one by one.
