When cleaning the lens, you must be very careful. Before cleaning the lens, please read the following precautions:
- What tools to take the lens, such as tweezers, etc. If necessary, you must wear finger cots or rubber gloves when handling lenses.
- The lens should be placed on the lens paper to crush the damage.
- Do not put the lens on a hard or rough surface, the lens is easily scratched.
- Do not clean and touch the surface of pure gold or pure copper.

Use an air ball to blow off the floats on the surface of the lens. If the impurities cannot be blown off, continue to the second step
Note: Do not use compressed air from the factory, because it contains a lot of oil and water, which will form a harmful absorption film on the surface of the film.
Second step
Use formaldehyde or ethanol (required to be analytically pure). Fold the lens cleaning paper into a small square, such as wet lens cleaning paper between four fingers. Hold the lens in one hand and the paper in the other hand and gently wipe the direction of the lens coating pattern. If it is not clean, repeat the above Action (wipe once and change the paper).
Note: If the dirt cannot be removed in this step, it is recommended to change the lens.
The cleaning with YAG stick is the same as step ⑧. (Before performing this step, you must be trained in the installation of the optical cavity to perform this step).

- In any case, before turning on the acousto-optic power supply, the acousto-optic device should be adequately cooled by water, otherwise the acousto-optic device will be burnt out;
- The output must be connected to an acousto-optic device or a 50Ω/60W pure resistive load through a 50Ω coaxial cable, otherwise the power amplifier tube will heat up due to the reflected wave, which will cause the power amplifier tube to burn out. - The lower limit temperature is generally set at 20℃, but in order to prevent excessive temperature difference and condensation, the working temperature is generally set according to the environment and humidity, such as the ambient temperature is 32℃, the lower limit temperature can be set at 28℃, and the highest temperature is set at 35 ℃. If the ambient temperature is lower than 20°C, the lower limit temperature is set at 20°C. Generally, the ambient temperature is not lower than 5°C, otherwise condensation will cause the power of the inverter to decrease, and may cause destructive losses.
- Wrong operation sequence will cause the inverter to not work normally.
- The shell of the marking machine must be grounded reliably, otherwise it may cause damage to the precision galvanometer part.
- The positive and negative polarity of the power output is consistent with the positive and negative polarities of the krypton lamp. Wrong connection will cause serious damage to the krypton lamp, and may cause damage to the rod and condenser.
- In the absence of laser, the movable mirror frame can be adjusted at will. Otherwise, the laser may not be able to output laser.
- The connection at both ends of the connecting pipe must be strictly leak-checked, otherwise the cooling system will not be able to cool.
Common faults and treatment measures
One. How to eliminate the cause of abnormal phenomenon
- The power indicator does not light up. 1) AC220V is not connected well. 2) The indicator light is broken. Connect the power cord and replace it.
- The protection indicator is on and there is no RF output. 1) If the internal excess is over, the protection unit will act. 2) External protection contact displacement. 3) The Q component and the driver are not matched, or the connection between each other is unreliable, causing excessive reflection and causing the internal protection unit to act. Improve heat dissipation conditions. Check the external protection contacts. Measure standing wave ratio. Consult our company.
- The running indicator is on and there is no RF output. 1) The light control signal is always valid. 2) The position of the RUN / T-on / T-off selector switch is incorrect. Check the light control signal pulse. Turn the switch to the correct position.
- Processing graphics and text are disordered. Idemitsu effectively replaces the wrong setting. Reset the light to effectively replace.
- The laser power that can be turned off is too small. 1) There is a problem with the Q switching element. 2) The output RF power is too small. Check the Q switch. Adjust the output RF power.
- 1) The average laser power is too small. 2) There is a problem with the Q switching element. Adjust the light path. Check the Q switching element.
two. Common faults and treatment measures:
- Reasons for the weak laser output power of the new equipment that has not been used for a long time:
①Whether the output power of the inverter measured at the factory reaches the technical index;
②Whether the adjustment accuracy of the resonant cavity meets the requirements;
③Whether there is light leakage in the all-reflection diaphragm;
④Whether the insertion loss of the acousto-optic switch is within the specified range.
- The reason why the laser output power of the laser decreases after using the laser:
①Whether the laser resonant cavity changes: fine-tune the resonant cavity lens to make the output spot the best;
②Whether the total reflection and output diaphragm are fouled;
③Acousto-optic crystal displacement or low output energy of acousto-optic power supply: adjust the position of acousto-optic crystal;
④Whether the temperature difference between the cooling water tank water temperature setting and the ambient temperature exceeds 5℃;
⑤ Whether the Krypton lamp is expected to expire;
⑥ Enter the laser dispersion center of the galvanometer: adjust the laser;
⑦If the current is adjusted to about 20A, the sensitivity is not strong enough: the krypton lamp is aging, replace it with a new one.
- The laser output power is normal, but the laser beam cannot be used for axial marking:
①Whether the optical path system is adjusted correctly;

③D/A card controls whether the sound and light output signal reaches 5V.
- The reason why the acousto-optic switch cannot press the switch laser action:
①Whether the radio frequency output power of the acousto-optic power supply is normal;
②Whether the power switches are in the correct position;
③Whether the radio frequency line connection is reliable;
④Whether the Q switch light end is dirty or not.
- Reasons for not reaching the expected marking depth:
①Whether the laser output power meets the requirements;
②Whether the turn-off power of the acousto-optic switch meets the requirements;
③Whether the optical path adjustment is correct;
④Whether the position and direction of the beam expander are adjusted correctly;
⑤ Whether the lens surface is polluted;
⑥Whether the surface of the workpiece is on the focal plane;
⑦Whether the 28V DC voltage of the laser power supply has dropped, causing the laser output power to drop.
- Reasons why the krypton lamp cannot be ignited:
①Whether the lamp meets expectations;
②Whether the connection between the electrodes at both ends of the krypton lamp and the laser power supply cable is firm;
③Whether the laser power supply is working normally.
- Several main problems exhibited by D/A cards:
① There is no acousto-optic turn-on signal (+5V) on pin 8, which causes the acousto-optic power supply to not turn on;
②The analog signal output cannot accurately reflect the design content, that is, garbled characters appear;
③ The AD7237 does not work normally, and the printed line is broken.
- Several main problems exhibited by the galvanometer scanning head:
① The standard square is printed as a trapezoid or diamond;
②The square frame is deformed in a pincushion or barrel shape.
- The solution to the distortion of the scanning head of the galvanometer:
①The occurrence of pincushion or barrel distortion is an inherent phenomenon of galvanometer marking, which is determined by the scanning method of galvanometer. The solution is to correct the distortion;
②There are two correction methods, one is hardware correction, which is currently used instead. The other is software calibration, which is currently used instead of one;
③The method of hardware calibration is to change the voltage value of the analog signal output by the D/A card through a calibration card according to a certain rule, and then transmit the signal to the galvanometer;
④The method of software correction is that the marking software itself has a correction function. In the marking process, the digital signal is processed according to a certain method, and then the signal is transmitted to the D/A card.
- Laser printing lines into dotted lines:
①Whether the signal line is connected well, and whether there is any false welding;
②Whether there is a problem with the connecting line between the galvanometer drive board and the motor;
③Whether the D/A card is in the correct position when inserted into the ISA slot;
④Whether AD7237 works normally.
- Circuit problems:
①Due to long-term operation, the terminal of the krypton lamp is loosened, which causes the krypton lamp to not burn or spark;
②Due to the long-term operation, the air conditioner is not cooling. First, check whether the connecting parts are tight, and secondly, check whether the upper and lower limit temperature settings of the temperature controller are reasonable. The upper and lower limits of the temperature controller should be set according to the ambient temperature ±4℃. If there is a Freon leakage, the connecting parts should be reinforced, and professionals should be asked to add Freon.
- Problems with optical path:
①Due to long-term operation, the krypton lamp appears larger and larger, which causes the laser output power to drop;
②Due to continuous operation, the dielectric film has different degrees of contamination, resulting in light leakage or a decrease in output power of the total mirror;
③Due to human factors, the customer adjusts the position of the resonator cavity or the position of the dielectric diaphragm without knowing the specific situation, which causes the laser output power to decrease or the laser divergence angle to increase, resulting in interference changes in the output laser position.
- The problem of beam expander adjustment:
①The adjustment requirements of the beam expander: the incident light should be at the center of the beam expander’s entrance hole, and the exit light should be at the center of the light exit hole;
②The adjustment of the beam expander has a great influence on the laser marking effect. Mainly manifested in:
a. Laser power drops;
b. Uneven laser intensity in the marking area;

d. The beam expansion effect cannot be spindled.
- The laser output spot flickers:
① Whether the adjustment of the resonant cavity is accurate;
②Whether the diaphragm holder is firmly fixed;
③Whether there is a problem with the fixation of the condenser cavity;
④Whether the YAG crystal is tightly fixed properly.
- Problems that need to be paid attention to when PROLASE software calls PLT files:
①Pay attention to the printer settings when converting dwg files to plt files;
