2. The cooling water of the laser engraving machine must be unblocked, whether it is tap water or a circulating water pump, the water must be kept unblocked. The cooling water takes away the heat generated by the laser tube. When the water temperature is reached, the lower the light output power (15-20℃ water temperature is better); when the water is cut off, the tube end will burst due to the heat in the laser cavity and even damage the laser power supply . Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is unblocked at any time. When the water pipe has a hard bend (dead bend) or occurs, and the water pump fails, it must be repaired in time to avoid power drop or even equipment damage.
3. Cleaning and maintenance, good ventilation, and cleaning and maintenance of the machine tool at any time are necessary conditions for the normal operation of the machine tool. Imagine that people’s joints are not flexible, how can they act? In the same way, the machine tool guide rail is a high-precision core component. After each work is completed, it must be wiped clean to keep it smooth and lubricated. 4. The ambient temperature and humidity The ambient temperature should be within the range of 5-35℃. Special attention is: if it is used in an environment below freezing point, it must be done:
(1) To prevent the circulating water in the laser tube from freezing, the water must be completely discharged after shutdown;
(2) When starting up, the laser current must be preheated for more than 5 minutes to work. In rainy days and the surrounding environment, the laser power supply needs a longer preheating time. The high voltage can be applied after the moisture is exhausted to prevent high voltage circuits. breakdown.
5. When the “laser high voltage” button is used correctly to dial the “laser high voltage” button, the laser power supply is in the standby state. When encountering “manual light output” or computer error operation, the laser will be emitted, inadvertently hurting people and objects. It is required that the “laser high voltage” should be turned off at any time if the work is not continuous, (laser current can be turned off), and the operator is prohibited from leaving without authorization when the machine is working to avoid accidents. It is recommended that the continuous working time is less than 5 Hours, you can rest for 30 minutes.
6. Stay away from the interference of large power and strong vibration equipment. Sudden large power will sometimes cause the machine to malfunction. Although it is rare, it should be avoided as much as possible. Therefore, large electric welding machines, giant electric mixers and large power transmission and transformation equipment should be kept away. Strong vibration equipment is even more self-evident, such as forging presses, vibrations caused by short-distance motor vehicles walking, etc., the obvious tilt of the ground is very unfavorable for accurate carving.
7. Anti-lightning attacks only need reliable lightning protection measures for buildings. The first “good grounding” in this section can also be used for lightning protection. Special recommendation: In areas with unstable network power (such as voltage fluctuations of more than 5%), please install a regulated power supply with a capacity of at least 3000W to prevent sudden voltage fluctuations from burning the circuit or computer.
8. Maintain and control the stability of the PC. The control PC is mainly used for engraving equipment control. In addition to installing the necessary graphic design software, please do not use special planes. After the computer is installed with a network card and anti-virus firewall, it will seriously affect the speed of the controller. Please do not install an anti-virus firewall on the control machine. If you need a network card for data communication, please insert the network card before starting the engraving machine.
9. Maintenance of the guide rail: During the movement of the guide rail, a large amount of dust will be generated due to the processed material. Maintenance method: first wipe off the original lubricating oil and dust on the guide rail with cotton cloth, and then apply a layer of lubricating oil on the surface and side of the guide rail. Maintenance period: about one week.
10. Maintenance of the fan: After the fan is working, a large amount of dust will accumulate in the fan and the exhaust pipe. The dust will affect the exhaust efficiency of the fan and cause a large amount of smoke and dust to be unable to be discharged. Loosen the hose clamp connecting the pipe and the fan, replace the exhaust pipe, and clean the dust in the exhaust pipe and the fan. Maintenance period: about one month.
11. Screw tightening: After the motion system works for a certain period of time, the screws at the motion connection will loosen, and the loosening of the screws will affect the stability of the mechanical motion. Maintenance method: Tighten the screwdrivers one by one with the tools provided with the machine. Maintenance period: about one month. 12. Maintenance of the lens: After the machine is broken down, the lens will stick a layer of dust on the surface due to the working environment, which will reduce the reflectivity of the reflective lens and the transmittance of the lens.
